Frequently Asked Questions

How do I purchase an original artwork?

All works for sale are listed under the Series. Select the respective work you like and tap the link which says Inquire Here to send your purchase inquiry. It is recommended to sign up for our regular Art Collectors List as the Artist will be periodically updating them about the newest works available. The regular collectors will get the preview of new works and the price list before launching on the website or before sharing with social media & other public platforms. Once you made contacts with the Artist about the work you would like to collect, the delivery and payment method can be arranged. Paypal and Direct Bank transfer is accepted at the moment. Lay-by option also available.

Why are some prices hidden?

It can be due to a few reasons where we value and respect the collector’s discretion in regard to their choices and acquisitions or if the work is currently exhibiting/represented by a Gallery.

How do the prices vary?

The prices are considered based on the year it was made, materials & medium used, the rarity of the piece, the idea generations, style & techniques used and the total work hours spent on the original. Not all works are created equal even if some works have similar dimensions.

How does the order/delivery processing work?

Works on canvases from sizes small to medium are professionally wrapped and carefully boxed. Larger pieces of canvases unless specified, are removed from the stretcher bars and rolled up into a sturdy shipping tube. This will greatly save the condition of the artwork and reduce the shipping/handling costs. Same goes for works on paper. Any 3D artisans are packed in safety boxes. Shipping/packing methods are mentioned under each product page as they vary. Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery preperation. If the shipping address is local within Australia and in close proximity, we might even arrange a personal doorstep-delivery. A notification mail with a tracking number will be sent to you once the piece has left the artist studio. Shipping duration will vary based on your location.

If an order confirmation mail is not received at the time of purchase, please check your spam/junk mail folder or email us.

PS: If you like to see additional close up images of the work, or like to inquire more about the work please email. Will attend to your queries if it is exceptional to what is listed on the website.

Can I purchase prints?

The artist is currently producing exclusive, one of a kind original works. She is not reproducing the exact same work which has been previously sold to a collector nor producing prints on open or limited edition basis at this point. If a print service to be launched, you will be notified in advance. Please join the Art collector list or follow the artist on Instagram.

What is “Publications” Page?

This is the page where the artist shares her love for writing. Her Poetry book collection and other writing/publication materials are listed here. The books are personally written, illustrated and published by the author/artist Hiranya. Select the book you like and it will take you to the links where you can purchase based on your location. If you prefer Author signed copies, please email.

Who owns the rights?

All images, texts, books and related illustrations remain the artist’s exclusive property and are protected by International Copyright Law. Sale of artworks or books do not transfer copyright. The collector may not reproduce the work in anyway in order to gain commercial or social benefits. All use beyond web publishing, catalog publishing, or promotional use needs a prior agreement with the artist.

How do I care for the piece I bought?

If a special care is required for a piece, it will be specified in the product detail page. In general, framed works or canvas paintings stretched on stretcher bars are varnished and attached to hooks and hanging wires at the back, ready to hang. Unframed works on paper are to be framed under glass/plexiglass. It is best that the unframed works remain unopened until they reach a professional framer. They know how to handle and stretch the works before framing. Do not try to stretch the works yourself unless you are experienced.

Ensure the package is stored in a safe and dry place till it gets hung on a wall. Please avoid stacking anything on top. Works on paper are advised to be framed under glass. Works made with Watercolours, Pastels, Collage, Graphite, Charcoal and Sanguine are delicate, please do not remove the protective paper and touch the piece with your fingers before framing. The moist in your hand might smudge the aesthetics and details of the work.

Avoid hanging any artworks facing direct sun light. The artist uses high quality archival materials & mediums to create her pieces and the fixatives & varnishes used are UV protective. However, for the longevity of the work, please hang them in a well ventilated area avoiding the sun, extreme heat or moisture.
